Our Mission and Values
The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario is the statutory governing body for dentists in Ontario that protects the public’s right to quality oral health services by providing leadership and education to the dental profession in self-regulation.

People
The College's staff consists of a wide range of dedicated, creative and enthusiastic professionals who possess expertise in dentistry, law, government/policy, communications, information technology, insurance and finance. College employees enjoy social events throughout the year, including summer outings and a holiday party in December.

Location
The College is located steps from the Rosedale TTC subway station in downtown Toronto.

Work Environment
The College features ergonomically designed work stations, a spacious lunch room, an in-house gym, and lockers and shower facilities. To allow staff flexibility in their work day, the College also provides a modified flex time arrangement.
