We investigate all complaints. You are kept informed throughout the process. You do not need a lawyer but you may hire a lawyer to represent you, if you wish.

How the Complaints Process Works
Our complaints process is transparent. Dentists and complainants are kept informed at every step. Committees make informed, evidence-based decisions.

Sexual Abuse Complaints
RCDSO investigates all allegations of sexual abuse against Ontario dentists. We provide funding for counselling and legal consultation for victims that file a complaint with the College.

Every complaint received by the College is thoroughly and objectively reviewed. We consider every inquiry and complaint we receive carefully.
