How do I renew my facility permit? How can I confirm that you have received my facility permit renewal? A new dentist is joining our office to provide sedation. Should we add them to the renewal? How can we add them to our permit? We are not doing sedation now but we will later or we don’t do a lot of sedation at the office or we’re not sure that we will continue to offer sedation at the office. Should we renew our permit? We have not done any sedation at the office in the past 12 months. How do I complete the renewal? I have multiple sedation renewals. Can I pay for everything at once?
