Renew your Health Profession Corporation now!
You can renew your HPC certificate of authorization in our RCDSO Portal. Renew now to take advantage of the reduced fee. The renewal deadline is August 31, 2022. Your online submission and fee must be received by that date, including any payments by cheque.We have created a renewal guide and renewal FAQs with tips to help you through the process. Important dates and fee information
Fee if paid before 5pm August 2: $175Fee if paid after 5pm August 2-August 31: $200
September 1: Your certificate of authorization will be revoked if you have not completed your annual renewal.
Notice of proposed revocation of HPC Certificate of Authorization
Your HPC certificate of authorization will be automatically revoked effective September 1, 2022 if you do not successfully renew by August 31, 2022.If you wish to maintain your HPC certificate of authorization the College must receive your online submission and fee by August 31, 2022.
If you do not successfully renew by the deadline, as per subsection 6(1)(3) of Ontario Regulation 39/02 made under the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, your certificate of authorization will be revoked effective September 1, 2022 for failure to meet the requirements for annual renewal of your certificate of authorization.
If your corporation is no longer active and you wish to cancel your certificate of authorization, provide written notification to that effect or select Cancel HPC Certificate in in our RCDSO Portal.
