Canada Post Labour Disruption

We may experience delays in mail delivery due to an ongoing Canada Post labour disruption. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.

To help minimize disruptions and ensure timely communication with the College, we recommend the following:

  • Submitting concerns or complaints about a dentist: To avoid delays, please use our online submission form or e-mail us at complaints@rcdso.org. You can also contact our Complaints team by calling 416-934-5625 or 1-800-565-4591 ext. 5625.
  • Document drop-off: Mail (letters and small packets) can be dropped off through the mail slot 24/7. Documents and parcels requiring a receipt or signature must be dropped off in person at the College during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
  • New and international applicants
    • We recommend uploading application-related documents to the applicant portal or emailing them to registration@rcdso.org.
    • We recognize that, on rare occasions, certificates of standing from certain international jurisdictions can only be sent by mail. For time-sensitive documents that cannot be emailed, please contact your local mail or courier service to determine the best option before sending documents nationally and internationally to the College.
  • HPC annual renewal: The HPC annual renewal deadline is August 31. The labour disruption may impact the timely receipt of cheques to the College. To ensure your payment is received on time, we strongly recommend paying online through the portal.
