Dentists eligible for COVID-19 booster vaccinations

Ontario is expanding the eligibility for COVID-19 booster vaccinations. Dentists and other regulated health care professionals providing in-person care and who received their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months (168 days) ago are eligible for a booster dose.

The intent of the booster dose is to restore protection that may have decreased over time. Either Pfizer or Moderna vaccines may be used as a booster dose. More information can be found here.
