Discipline Hearings

Hearings of the Discipline Committee are open to the public.

At this time, hearings will be held via videoconference and begin at 9:00 a.m. unless stated otherwise. If you would like to attend a discipline hearing noted below, please contact the Hearings Office at hearingsoffice@rcdso.org.

Attending a Discipline Hearing

Our Discipline Committee hearings are open and transparent. We welcome members of the public to attend hearings as observers.

Hearing dates and times may change, so observers should check the schedule before joining.

You can request a document used in a hearing. You may need to bring a motion to the Discipline Committee. Please contact the Hearings Office for more information.

All visitors (including media):

Log in at least 15 minutes before the hearing is scheduled to begin. If you are late you may not be admitted into the hearing.
Silence your cell phone before the hearing starts.
No electronic devices can be used during the hearing (e.g. cell phones, cameras, audio recording).
