• You recommended multiple unnecessary restorations, which would have exposed the patient to unnecessary treatment risks on an ongoing basis. Your diagnosis was not supported by the diagnostic records, and reflected poorly on the dental profession in Ontario.

• It is expected that you learn from this caution, and the course that you have been ordered to take, such that the College does not receive any further complaints of this nature.
