• He must actively and diligently ensure that he is complying with all COVID-19 protocols in place to ensure the safety of the public, including:
o ensuring that his HVAC measurements are taken accurately and that his associated fallow time calculations are done accurately and in accordance with current guidance; and
o that N95 masks used by staff in the office are appropriately fit-tested as required to ensure safety of staff and patients

• He must recognize the position of trust he is in as a healthcare provider, particularly during the pandemic, and be sure that he puts measures in place that protect his staff and patients and earn him the trust of the public
